Despite our best efforts we sometimes fail to provide the service you want. If you are unhappy about any aspect of our service please tell Dr Salahuddin or any of the doctors about your concerns.

If you wish to make a written complaint, please address your letter to Dr Salahuddin.  We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and give you a full response within 14 days after completing a full investigation.
